Be balanced
Environment - the magic happens in our historic open plan aircraft factory office. It’s full of quirky original features, is full of natural light and is the perfect place to spend our working days. We are a few minutes’ walk from Kingston station, shops, restaurants and endless miles of river and parks.
Work-life balance - we fiercely protect our finish times here, 37.5 hrs per week is enough to do your work well and be the most productive.
Flexi-location - whilst it's important we all come together, we encourage flexible location working to ensure you can balance work and life location based commitments.
Be yourself
Fun - because play clears our heads and brings everyone closer together. We take annual trips away, throw brilliant annual summer parties, feast around our solid wood table most Fridays. We laugh a lot, and have the odd pint at one of the many locals.
Family - your family is our extended work family. Take your Birthday off and please bring them to our summer party.
